CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 147/12 dated 19/8/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sunder Nagar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Dev Sharma S/O Late Sh. Mast Ram Sharma R/O H. N. 219 Roda Sector No 2 Near Gurdwara Distt Bilaspur (H.P)that on dated 19/8/12 he was coming from Sunder Nagar to his home in the car No.( CH-03P-1301) along with his wife Smt. Uma Sharma, son Abhishek and one another lady Smt. Rashmi Gupta. His son Abhishek was driving the car. At about 1.30 P.M. When they reached Jarol near Harabag NH 21 at the same time one Tempo No (HP31B-0513) Tata Mobile came from Slapper side very rashly and hit the above car. In this accident all car persons sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving of above tempo driver. HC Vinod Kumar No 18 I/O of High Way Petrol Sunder Nagar is investigating the case .

CASE OF HOUSE BURGLARY AND THEFT

2. CASE FIR No. 53/12 dated 20/8/12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Aut on the complaint of Sh Kiker Singh S/O Sh Khim Dass village Kotadhar PO Panarsha Distt Mandi (HP) stated that in the interveining night of 19/8/12 some Unknown culprints have been stolen away 9 piece of Brass Utensils from the the store of ShehNag Yuvak Mandal Panarsan . Total value of the stolen property is Rs 45000-/- . SI/SHO Anil Kumar is investigating the case .

3. Case FIR No. 225/12 dated 20/8/12 U/S283 IPC has been registered in PS Balh by HC Lal Singh No. 80 I/O of PS Balh that on 20/8/12 at about 1 PM when he was on patrolling along with Const. Vijay Singh No. 228 at Ner chowk then he found Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Manshukh Lal R/O Sehal PO Pairi Tehsil Sadar Distt . Mandi was selling vegetables and fruits on cart aside NH 21 at Nerchowk which was obstructing pedestrians and smooth flow of traffic. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I /O of PS Balh is investigating the case .

Case FIR No. 226 /12 dated 20/8/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the by HC Lal Singh no. 80 I/O PS Balh that on dated 20-8-12 time about 2.12 pm when he was on patrolling with Const. Vijay Singh no. 228 at Ner chowk then he found Sh. Om Prakash S/O Chet R am R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt . Mandi was selling fruits and vegetables on a cart aside NH 21 at Nerchowk which was obstructing pedestrians and flow of traffic. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I /O of PS Balh is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 227/12 dated 20/8/12 U/S 283 IPC has been regsitered in PS Balh by HC Lal Singh I /O of PS Balh that on dated 20/8/12 at about 3.15 pm when he was on patrolling along with Const. Vijay Singh No. 228 at Nerchowk then he found Sh. Dhananjay Kumar S/O Bihari Lal R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi was selling fruits and vegetables on a cart aside NH 21 at Nerchowk which was obstructing the pedestrians and flow of traffic. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

6. Case FIR No. 217/12 dated19/08/12 U/S279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of smt. Shanta Devi W/O Late Sh. Harbans kumar R/O Ropa PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 19/08/12 at about 6pm when she was crossing the road near by Bhuli Chowk in mean time one car No.(HP32-1116) came from Saoli Khad wih rashly and negligently and hit her and she sustained injuries. HC Shiv Singh No.894 I/O of PS Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No 218/12 dated 20/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt Veena Devi W/O Sh Kamlesh Kumar R/O Village Tela PO Basantpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on 20/0812 at about 10.30 AM when she was working in the behind of her house in mean time Brahmi Devi W/O Bhagi Rath and Kavita W/O Rakesh Kumar both R/O Tela PO Basantpur Tehsil Sarkaghat obstructed her and beat her up and also threatened with dire consequences. HC Amrit Lal IO of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

8. 72 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
