Sharma R/O VPO Churari Tehsil Kirawali Distt. Agra (UP) that on today at
about 10.15 PM while he was present in Hotal Annpurna in the mean time one
Santro Car (HP 25- 0424) entered into the complex of the hotal of Raju Sharam and three person
were sitting in the Car namely Dev Raj S/O Sh. Parse Ram R/O
VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sunder Nagar and Mintu R/O Ratti and one unknown person came with (G.I Pipe) and beat him up and also threatened
him and he sustained injury . HC

complaint of Smt. Lila Devi W/O Hem singh VPO Thachi ST Balichowki Distt Mandi (HP)that while
She was going at home in the Bramada Bus
Sevice in mean time Krisha Kumar S/O Jagat Ram VPO Thachi Balichowki Distt Mandi(H.P.) came into
the bus and beat her up and also
abused her. ASI Aswani Kumar I/C of PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
- Case FIR No. 133/12 dated 2/07/12 U/S 61/1/14 Excise Act
has been registered in PS Sundernagar by HC Hem Singh I/O police post
Dehar that on 1/07/12 at about 8:30 pm
when he was on patrolling along with the other police officials of
PS nearby Dehar Chowk then he recovered 4500ML COUNTARY LIQUIOR marka Lal Killa from the
possession of Sher Singh S/OChuhdu Ram Vill Namol PO Broti Distt.Mandi. HC
Hem Raj No.19 I/O PP Dehar is investigating the case.

106 challans were issued and fine of Rs.
14,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA
and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
