CASE OF THEFT

1.     Case FIR No. 150/12 dated 26/08/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Jai Singh Sen, Dy. Ranger Department of Forest. Ropari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 24-25/08/12 some unknown culprits stole away the sign board having size of 7x4 feet from nursery at Ropari. Approximately value of stolen sign board is about Rs. 10,100/-. HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.     Case FIR No. 151/12 dated 26/08/12 U/S 147,149,341,323, 504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderngar on the complaint of Sh. Mahender Singh R/O Dhanog PO Kangu at present Quarter No. E-26 BBMB Colony Slapper Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 26/08/12 he was going to his quarter along with his friend Vivek Kumar by his scooty (HP28-5844) and when they reached at Dhanog, in the mean time Mohan Lal @ Manu R/O Sudahan, Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Pali Ram, Pali Ram and his wife  Swarnu Devi and Vikki Kumar S/O Sh. Pali Ram, Pali Ram and his wife Swarnu Devi and Vikki Kumar S/O Sh. Pali Ram R/O Dhanog PO Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up with rod and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.     Case of FIR No. 133/12 dated 26/08/12 U/S 324,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Bhararpat PO Bason Tehsil Ladharol Distt.Mandi that today at about 09.45 AM Amit Sharma S/O Sh. Shyam Sharma, Atul S/O Sh. Shyam Sharma, Shyam Sharma R/O Bhararpat PO Basona Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 230/12 dated 26/08/12 U/S 3 of PDPP Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi, Pradhan G.P. Salwahan Distt. Mandi that on 25/08/12 Ravi Kant S/O Sh. Tek Singh and Dhaneshwari Devi W/O Sh. Tek Singh resident of G.P. Kot damaged the link road between villages of salwahan  and Malhanu. ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5.     Case FIR No. 139/12 dated 27/08/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal S/O Sh. Shukru Ram R/O Vill. Chhalwat PO Gawalpur Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on  26/08/12 Bodh Raj S/O Sh. Tula Ram resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ashok Kumar No. 850 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

6.     Case FIR No. 222/12 dated 26/08/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh.Anku Sood S/O Sh. Vijay Kumar R/O Balakrupi PO Jogindernagar Ditt. Mandi that driver of truck (HP65-5055) told him that previous owner of said truck namely  Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Uttam Chand R/O Nerchowk stole away his above truck on 23/08/12. HC Balam Ram I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.     Case FIR No. 223/12 dated 26/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,560 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Beli Ram S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Ropa Matyahal PO Kot Tungal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi Distt. that on 26/08/12 Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Durga Dutt R/O Ropa Matyahal obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

8.     135  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 17,600/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 13 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1300/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours
