1. Case FIR No. 209/12 dated 09/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Diwakar @ Deepu S/O Sh. Daulat Ram R/O Dhiun PO Bir Sub Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi that on 08/08/12 at about 11 PM he along with his cousin went to their home, in the mean time Shiv Ram, Nand Lal, Parma Nand and Lot Ram obstructed their way and beat up both of them. ASI Sawarnroop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 131/12 dated 09/08/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Giani Devi W/O Sh. Lal Chand R/O Vill. Galog PO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi she was going to her home, Khushi Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 77/12 dated 09/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Gangi Devi W/O Sh. Bihari Lal R/O Thalout Distt. Mandi that she was going from Saranal to Thalout, in the mean time a maruti car (HP34A-0443) came from Aut towards Mandi side which was driven by Chanda Ram S/O Sh. Chhuru Ram R/O Doghara Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) in the mean time another car (HR01-AC5884) came from Mandi side towards Kullu and hit to car (HP34A-0443). ASI Shyam Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 208/12 dated 08/08/12 U/S 325,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raj Mal S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O VPO Kamlah Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 03/08/12 he was going to his home, on the way Naresh Kumar R/O Kamlah beat him up. ASI Amar Nath I/C P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

5. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Roshan Lal VPO Pingla Tehsil Sarkagaht Distt. Mandi arrested U/S 107,151 Cr.P.C. by ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat who is being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.

6. Bhupal Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh PO Barsu tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi and Prem Singh S/O Sh. Man Singh PO Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi have been arrested U/S 107, 151 Cr.P.C. by HC Ram Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh who are being produced before the SDM Sadar Mandi.
CASE OF DEATH DUE TO HANGING
7. Smt. Sanjata Devi W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar VPO Taroh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi died by hanging. Postmortem of dead body of the deceased was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Balh.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
8. Case FIR No. 66/12 dated 09/08/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Chandal W/O Sh. Lekh Rah R/O Vill. Changer Colony Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi are present Head Mistress in GMS Naulakha that on 08/08/12 when she reached in the school she found that lock of the kitchen was broken by some unknown culprits and on checking she found that three Gas cylinders and cookers have been stolen away by the culprits. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
9. 69 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 10 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
