CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1        Case FIR No. 62/12 dated 31/07/12 U/S 341, 323, IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Maghu Ram S/O Late Sh. Babu Ram R/O  Idli PO Jai Devi  that 31/07/12 at about  9AM when he was coming back from Sayaji to his house and reached near house  in mean time Chhabu ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Karan Singh no. 24 I/O PS  BSL COLONY is investigating the case.

CASE OF ABDUCTION

2        Case FIR NO. 196/12 dated 30/07/12 U/S 364 IPC  has been registered in PS sadar on the complaint of Divakar Dutt Sharma S/O  Gurdev Sharma R/O Gutkar that his nephew Bhupinder Kumar S/O Late Sh. Medh raj Sharma R/O Vill. Sayari is serving in Indian army. After availing one month leave on  9/07/12  he returned back to his duty at Army dogra regiment center Faizabad . On 11/07/12 A phone received at  home from Dogra Regiment Faizabad  that  said Bhupender Kumar not  reached  on his duty . Missing report of said Bhupender kumar registered in PS Sadar on 20/07/12. Insp/SHO  Surrender of PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3        Case FIR No. 197/12 dated U/S 341, 323 ipc has been registered in PS sadar on complaint of Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Vill. Megal PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he is the owner of  Auto Rickshaw on 30/7/12  when he was going to his house  on Rickshaw and reached  near  Motipur  in mean time Mukesh and Sonu R/O VPO Dudar came  on Motor Cycle  and parked their Motor cycle in front of the Auto Rickshaw and obstruct his way and beat him up. ASI Bidhi chand I/O PS Sadar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

4        Case FIR No 198/12 dated 31/07/12 u/s 457, 380 IPC  has been registered on the complaint of Amita Sood W/O Sh. Rakesh Sood R/O House No. 256/3Near ITI  hostel at present JBT Teacher Govt. Primary school Chadyara that 31/07/12 at about 8:45 PM when she and other staff came in school  availing the leave and found that lock of school office was broken  and one gas cylinder value  Rs 850 has been  stolen away in the night of 30/7/12 by unknown  person . ASI Brij Lal  I/O of  PS Sadar is  investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5        Case FIR NO. 128/12 dated 31/07/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Saju  Devi w/o Hirdu Ram Vill. Shihi PO Sari Banglow tehsil karsog Distt. Mandi  that  on 31/07/12  she was going to her daughter home  at 11:30 Am when she reached near by Bhadarnu  in mean time M/Cycle No. HP30-2286 hit her and she fell down at about 7/8 downward from the road the rider of said M/Cycle was Bhupender Kumar S/O Sobha  Ram R/o Vill. Mahasu Dhar PO sayanj Bagra Tehsil and PS Karsog  .SI Trilok chand  I/O of PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF WRONGFULL RESTRAIN AND OFFENCE AGAINST STATE

6       Case FIR No. 74/12 dated 30/07/12 U/S 342, 506, 120 (B) IPC has been registered on the complaint of Kanchana Devi D/O Ranvir Singh R/O Vill. Gadhaui  PO Bhararu Tehsil JoginderNagar . HC Prem Singh No. 15 I/O PS Padhar  is investigating the case.

7        94 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 5 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 500 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
