OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 208/12 dated 29/7/12 U/S 353,332,504,34 IPC has been
registered on in PS Balh by Const. Braham Chand No.264 PP Rewalsar
that on 28/7/12 he was on Pattroling duty along with HHG Biri Singh
from 11 PM to 5 AM then at about 11.30 PM Sh. Vijay Kumar owner of
Korta Restaurant came on motorcycle told them that four boys are in
drunken condition and using abusive language. when they reached near by
service station one Jeep Bolero No.( HP28- 6079) was parked aside and four
persons Mukhtyar S/O Jagdish Chand R/O Dangar, Praveen Kumar S/O
Yograj R/O Kanyana, Rahul S /O Kashmir R /O VPO Bhadrawar and Vijay
Rana S/O Late Brij Lal R/O Dhyan were there and were shouting loudly
when they asked them why they are abusing and shouting in drunken
condition in the late night Mukhtyar attacked on said constable saying the
abusive language and blown a punch on his left eye brow due to which he
got injured. ASI Om Prakash I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 243 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 59,100/- was recovered
under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of
Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
