CRIME REPORT 6 JULY

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 112/12 dated 05/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Kumari Gulma Devi D/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Hard PO Gangoti Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that she is reading BA 2nd year in R.G.M. College Jogindernagar  that on 05/07/12 at about 02.30 PM she was coming back from college to her house along with her friends Banita Devi, Seema and  Jayoti and when they reached near Jogindernagar a car (HP29A-4078) came very rashly and hit Banita and she fell down on the road and sustained injuries. ASI Parshotam Dass I/C highway patrol Joigndernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

2.      Kartar Singh S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Dhar Chaloti PO Makkreri Tehsil Jogindernagar was arrested by HC Rajmal No 875 I.O. of P.S. Joginderngar U/S 107/151 Cr P.C. who is being produced before the Ld. Court.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

3.      Case FIR No. 78/12 dated 06/07/12 U/S 447/34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Lal Man R/O VPO Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 05/07/12 Jai Gopal, Kahan Singh, Kuldeep and Sisiter-in-law of Kahan Singh entered in his fields and ploughed his fields with tractor. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF UNNATURAL DEATH

4.      Pradhan of G.P. Gohar, Sh. Amrit Lal informed telephonically to P.S. Gohar that dead body of a person is lying at Narahli Nullah. On this police team visited the spot and found that Sh. Sant Ram S/O Sh. Khema Ram R/O Vill. Kutandi PO Gohar Distt. Mandi found died and no suspicion is reported about his death by his relatives. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Gohar.

RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 62/12 dated 05/07/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar at present Block Forest Officer Bhararu beat Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 26/05/12 he was informed telephonically by Forest Guard Sohan Singh that fire was reported in Chenhar and Silah forest beat areas and said fire incident took place due to rash and negligent act by Dev Raj S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Chanehar. In this fire incident loss of property/forest produce about Rs. 2,60,000/- is reported. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY

  1. Case FIR No. 64/12 dated 05/07/12 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the written complaint of Sh. Ishwar Dass, IPO Sub Division Kullu that Prem Singh Gramin Dak Sewak Branch Postmaster, Branch Post Office Dhamhehad Branch has misappropriated money of account No. 56860 having amounting to Rs. 5747/- by putting his forged signature. ASI Ashwain Kumar I/C PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 65/12 dated 05/07/12 U/S 61-1-14 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/07/12 he put a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he recovered 36000 ML country liquor from a Tata Sumo (HP01K-2088) which was possessed by Mingmar S/O Sh. Dawalama VPO Neul Tehsil and Distt. Kullu (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT BY MEANS OF POISONOUS SUBSTANCE

  1. Case FIR No. 177/12 dated 06/07/12 U/S 328 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sheetla Devi W/O Sh. Ashok  Kumar R/O Vill. Samsoh PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 06/07/12 at about 10 AM she was present in her kitchen, in the mean time Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Samsoh came there having a plastic bottle in his hand and he caught her forcibly and put on some poisonous substance forcibly from said bottle in her  mouth. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

9.      136 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 28,450/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 13 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
