CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

1.     Case FIR No. 70/12 dated 20/07/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki that on 20/07/12 at about 04.20 PM he along with other police officials and Patwari Sandesh Kumar were on patrolling near village Khera they found that 180 plants of cannabis (charas) were cultivated in the fields of Nettar Singh S/O Sh. Uttam Ram R/O Fandwari Distt. Mandi. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

2.     Case FIR No. 71/12 dated 20/07/12 U/S 20 of  ND&PS  Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Thakur Singh I.O. of P.P. Balichowki that on 20/07/12 at about 04.20 PM he along with other police officials and Patwari Sandesh Kumar were on patrolling near village Khera they found that 325 plants of cannabis (charas) were  cultivated in the fields of Veer Singh S/O Sh. Heeru Ram R/O Bhanwas Tehsil Sadar  Mandi. HC Thakur Singh I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF THEFT

 

3.     Case FIR No. 72/12 dated 21/07/12 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the written complaint of Sh. Ravinder Guleria, Block Forest Officer Dahar-1 that on 18/04/12 Ramesh Chand Forest Guard I/C Tikki beat was on patrolling and during the course of patrolling he  found that 74 Nos. scants of Kail wood were stored in Katwanu nullah. Forest Guard Ramesh Chand seized and hammered these scants of Kail wood and handed over to Sh. Budh Ram. He was also come to know that these wooden scants were stolen away during the intervening night of 19-20/07/12 by Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Relu Ram R/O Katwanu, Rom Singh S/O Sh. Bhole Dutt and Param Dev S/O Sh. Tej Ram R/O Katwanu. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

 

4.     Case FIR No. 121/12 dated 20/07/12 U/S 498A, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Babli Devi W/O Sh. Sanjay Kumar R/O Vill. Majhwar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that she was married with Sanjay Kumar during the year 2009 and after 2 days of her marriage her husband Sanjay Kumar, Suresh Kumar, Rachna, Roshan Lal, Shakuntla Devi started to harass to her for dowry and they were also signed some papers forcibly from her. SI Rajender Kumar Addl. SHO P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

5.     Case FIR No. 120/12 dated 20/07/12 U/S 419,420,465,468,120B IIPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Shesh Ram R/O village Sagnehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that Govt. of Himachal Pradesh has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the Gram Panchayat Sagnehar for construction of Sarai Bhawan but Kuhsma Devi W/O Sh. Gopal Dass R/o village Sagnehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) Pardhan Mahila Mandal Sagnehar,  Krishan Singh S/O Sh. Roop Singh R/O village Sangnehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) and  Bidhi Singh S/O Sh. Khazana Ram R/O village Sangnehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) are  constructing  now said Bhawan intentionally on another place which is about 1.5 KMs far away from the actual place where Sarai was said construction work was sanctioned. In this connection complainant requested to the BDO Chauntra about entire episode but BDO Chauntra has released the amount without verifying the facts.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

6.     Case FIR No. 201/12 dated 20/07/2012 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Lal Singh No. I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 20/07/12 t about 04.30 PM he was on patrolling along with police officials at Nerchowk Bazaar and during the course of patrolling he found that Rinku S/O Sh. Bhawani Singh R/O VPO Nerchowk was selling fruit by laying basket on the road side a at Nerchowk which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

7.     Case FIR No. 202/12 dated 20/07/2012 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Lal Singh No. I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 20/07/12 t about 04.30 PM he was on patrolling along with police officials at Nerchowk Bazaar and during the course of patrolling he found that Shivam S/O Sh. Banwari Lal  R/O Sadampur PO  & Tehsil Sadabahar Distt. Hantras (UP ) was selling fruit by laying basket on the road side a at Nerchowk which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8.     Case FIR No. 191/12 dated 21/07/12 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rajat Kumar S/O Sh. Yog Raj R/O VPO Behna Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 21/07/12 Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Ravi R/O Vill. Bhadyal obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.       

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9.     Case FIR No. 190/12 dated 20/07/2012 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Hira Devi W/O Sh. Chattar Singh R/O Vill. Basta PO Pandoh Tehsil Mandi that on 20/07/12 complaint along with her daughter Sita Devi were coming by bus (HP65-2314) and when they reached at Near and Dear Hotel, a M/Cycle (HP33-2133) came from back side very rashly and struck with said bus (HP65-2314)  and he died on the spot. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10.                        105 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  7 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
