CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 175/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Preet Inder Singh S/O Sh. Rajender Singh R/O H. No. 993 Gali No. 3 Right Dogar Basti Faridkot Tehsil Faridkot Punjab that on 06/07/12 he was going from Faridkot to Bhuntar along with Kumar Chand Kakkar, Ramnik Singh, Amarbir Singh, Mahender Singh, Arvind Kaur, Khushi, Babandeep and Manisha by vehicle (CH04B-4859) which was driven by Sukhpal S/O Sh. Hakam Singh. Today at about 04.15 AM when said vehicle reached at Kawari, a truck (HP58-A-4771) came from Pandoh side very rashly and struck with their car and all occupants of above mentioned their vehicle sustained injuries. ASI Roop Lal I/C Highway Patrol Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

2. Accused Rakesh Kumar Rocky S/O Sh. Chandi Prashad R/O Vill. Rani-ki-bain Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi has been arrested by ASI Brij Lal, I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi who was wanted in case FIR No. 151/12 dated 19/06/12 U/S 342,323,382,120B IPC of P.S. Sadar and he is being produced before the Ld. Court.

CASE OF ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

3. Accused Med Ram S/O Sh. Katu Ram R/O Vill. Karad PO Ghran Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP), Smt. Uttami Devi W/O Sh. Med Ram R/O Vill. Karad PO Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) and Smt. Jai Banti W/O Sh. Med Ram  R/O Vill. Karad PO Ghran Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi were arrested by HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh. These accused persons were  wanted in case FIR No. 174/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 341,323,324,504,506,34 IPC and they are being produced before the Ld. Court.

 

CASE HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 178/12 dated 06/07/12 U/S 325,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagahat on the complaint of Smt. Sonia D/O Sh. Bhuri Singh R/O Vill. Batahan PO Gambhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that she was with Simpal S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh R/O VPO Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). On 21/06/12 her husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law beat her up and she sustained injuries.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 179/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sunit Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Bakarta PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 06/07/12 Lovely and Rishu obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Mohinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

6. Case FIR No. 193/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kukam Chand S/O Late Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Mansai PO Meramasit Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 07/07/12 he withdrawn Rs. 1,50,000/- from SBI Nerchowk and kept them in his purse in a carry bag. At about 12 PM when he reached near Himalayan Drugs Agency Nerchowk he kept his carry bag alongside and started cleaning to his clothes and after time he didn't found his bag there as some unknown person stole away his carry bag along with cash of worth Rs. 1,50,000/-. Inspr. Bahadur Singh, SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF MISSING

7. Smt. Gauri Devi W/O Sh. Achhar Singh R/O Vill. Arthi PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi reported in P.S. Balh that her daughter Hansa Kumari went to Jallandhar and she didn't returned back to her home.

 CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

8.      Case FIR No. 113/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 323,324,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Balakrupi PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that he is working as supervisor in Electricity Board Ltd. Bassi.  Today at about 09.20 AM Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Diwan Chand R/O Majhwar PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar beat up his brother Pankaj Kumar with sharp weapon and he sustained injuries. HC Gopal Chand I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY HURT AND INTIMIDATION

9.      Case FIR No. 114/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Majhwar PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 09.20 AM he was parking his vehicle (HP01M-0638) at Ramlila ground, in the mean time Pankaj Jamwal obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Raj Mal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10.  81 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 21 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2100 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
