CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
1 Case FIR NO. 67/12 dated 16/7/12 U/S 457,380,34 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Bhumi Singh S/O Sh Acchru Ram R/O Basehar PO Nohli Tehsil J/Nagar Distt Mandi(H.P.) that on the intervening night of 15/16-7-12 some unknown culprits have been stolen away some Golden / Silver ornaments having cost about 50,000/- by breaking locks of doors of house on the same intervening night of 15/16-7-12 some unknown culprits also stolen away Golden / Silver ornaments and cash from the house of Ludar Singh, Kundan Lal, Kishan Singh and Ram Singh. Total value of stolen ornaments about Rs.2,15,000/-and cash Rs.41,000/- Case is being insvestigated by SI/SHO Sanjeev Kumar PS Padhar. Spot was also visited by the Addl.S.P.Mandi (Sh.R.S.Jamwal)
CASE OF HURT
2 Case FIR No 192/12 dated 16/07/12 U/S 325,323 IPC at PS Sarkaghat has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Partap Chand S/O Hari Chand Village Megal Gallu PO Thouna tehsil sarkaghat that on 12/7/12 at about 9.30 PM he is beaten by his real younger brother namely Sanjay kumar and he sustained injuries.ASI Rajinder kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No 193/12 dated 16/0712 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered at PS Sarkaghat by (Prob).SI Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat that on 16/06/12 at about 5:30 PM when said PSI was on patrolling along with other police official then he recovered 7500 ML Country Liquor and 4500 ML English Wine from the possession of Rabinder Kumar S/O Sh Shali Ram Village Khateli PO Longani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) from his shop. PSI Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
4 Accussed Parma Nand S/O Ghanshyam Dass R/O Pundal PO. Gawali Tehsil &PS Padhar Distt. Mandi has been arrested in case FIR. No.66/12 dated 16/07/12 U/S 379 IPC 41,42 Indian Forest Act and they produced before Ld JMIC Joginder Nagar on today A.N.
CHALLAN
5 128 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,800 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
