CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 186/12 dated 1/07/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ranbir Singh S/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Vill. Rasain PO Basantpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that he was present in his house, in the mean time Ramji Dass, his son Pavinder Singh and Randhir Singh entered in his courtyard and beat him up. In the mean time Anita Devi W/O Pavinder and Sushma Devi W/O Sh. Randhir also came there and beat him up. HC Amrit Lal I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE EXCISE ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 185/12 dated 10/07/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he recovered 4500 ML country liquor from the possession of Santosh Kumar S/O  Late Sh. Bhura Singh R/O Gadyara PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkagaht is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

3.     Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Ludar Singh R/O Vill. Kothi-Dol PO Goplapur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi has been arrested by HC Narpat Ram No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. who is being produced before the SDM Sarkagaht. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.     Case FIR No. 123/12 dated 11/07/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C PP Slapper that on 11/07/12 that a pickup vehicle (HP23B-2992) which was coming from Sundernagar towards Bilaspur and tanker (HR37B-1562) which was coming from Slapper towards Sundernagar were collided with each other when they reached at Ropari and pickup when fell down from the road about 25 feet downward due to which one occupant of said vehicle died on the spot whereas two occupants were sustained injuries. ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5.     Case FIR No. 115/12 dated 11/07/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Roshni Devi W/O Sh. Panna Lal R/O Vill. Fanani PO Bhanera Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 07/07/12 her husband Panna Lal beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

 CHALLAN

6.     112 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  12 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
