CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 69/12 dated 17/07/12 U/S 20, 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut Distt. Mandi that on 17/07/12 she laid a nakka near Tunnel Point and during the course of nakka she carried on checking of M/Cycle riders Rishi Kumar S/O Sh. Rajinder Kumar R/O Lag Devi PO Lad Devi Tehsil and Distt. Hamirpur (HP) and Aditya Sharma S/O Sh. Narinder Mohan Sharma R/O H. No. 500 Mohalla Gurusar (UNA) Distt. Una (HP) and she recovered 15 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Rishi Kumar. Both accused have been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2. Case FIR No. 118/12 dated 18/07/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Khushi Ram S/O Sh. Durga Ram R/O Vill. Shandhal Ghani PO Mahunnag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 17/07/12 Dikkam Ram S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Vill. Shandhal Ghani PO Mahunnag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chhaju Ram No. 60 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN
3. 115 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 18 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
