CRIME REPORT 12 JULY

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 187/12 dated 12/07/12 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Saina Devi W/O Sh. Pratap Singh R/O Khanoud PO Seoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 11/07/12 at about 09.30 PM Prakash Singh S/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Khanoud obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 65/12 dated 11/07/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S Padhar that on 11/07/12 he was on investigation of case FIR No. 64/12 dated 11/07/12 U/S 379, 356,34 IPC at Padhar and during the course of investigation he carried out the personal search of Hardeep Singh and Jaspreet Singh and during the course of their personal search he recovered 3 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Hardeep Singh. SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND CRIMINAL FORCE IN ATTEMPT TO COMMIT THEFT OF PROPERTY CARRIED BY A PERSON

3.     Case FIR No. 64/12 dated 11/07/12 U/S 379,356,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Roshani Devi W/O Sh. Chaudhary Ram R/O Vill. Dawardu PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/07/12 she went to Pali by a private bus and she step down from said busnear Drang school and thereafter she started to travel on foot from Pali towards Drang school and when she went about ½ KMs ahead, a M/Cycle came from back side and two persons who were sitting in said M/Cycle snatched her golden ear ring and sped away from the spot. ASI Charan Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

4.     Case FIR No. 178/12 dated 11/07/12 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dina Nath S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill. Bindrabani PO Duddar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/07/12 Chetan obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF WORD, GESTURE OR ACT INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF WOMAN AND INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No. 179/12 dated 11/06/12 U/S 509,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the report of Smt. Radha Devi W/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O Vill. Roparu PO Surari Distt. Mandi that she is an Anganwari worker in village Dayabnal PO Baryara and oftenly Jeet Lal S/O Sh. Kishan Singh R/O Dayabnal abused her. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

6.     Case FIR No. 80/12 dated 11/07/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dhan Dev S/O Sh. Rom Singh R/O Bakhrog PO Shalla Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 11/07/12 at about 9 PM deepu obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

7.     Case FIR No. 81/12 dated 12/07/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Leeladhar S/O Sh Roop Dev R/O Pawo PO Sukkibain Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 11/07/12 Joginder Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Vill. Bhotha PO Sukkibain Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8.     Case FIR No. 61/12 dated 11/07/12 U/S 341,147,148,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Chand R/O H. No. 218/10 Changer Colony Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 11/07/12 he was going along with his friend Bhagat Singh and Muni Lal to his house and when they reached at Zero Chowk, in the mean time six persons namely Monty, Rakesh Rana and their friends obstructed their way and beat them up. HC Chint Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 CHALLAN

9.     90 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,750/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  20 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2000/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
