Mandi that on 03/07/12 at about 10 PM a Bolero pick-up (HP28-6143) fell down near his house which was driven by Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O VPO Khodha. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Yudhbir Singh R/O Vill. Tikkar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi died on the spot. HC Amrit Lal No. 413 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 175/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagahat on the complaint of Sh. Dumnu Ram S/O Sh. Sarnu Ram R/O VPO Naubahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that Milkhi Ram S/O Sh. Santu Ram R/O Naubahi, Bidhi Chand Secretary G.P. Naubahi, Prem Chand S/O Sh. Haria Ram R/O Naubahi have added the name of Prem Chand as brother of Sh. Dumnu Ram in Panchayat record with the cannivance of Bidhi Chand Secretary of G.P. Naubahi whereas Dumnu Ram has no brother. ASI Mohinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 176/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Bohar PO Chowk Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that he insured his car through Shiven Gupta S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Paunta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) vide cover note No. 2078113 dated 31/03/12 and when he went to the office of the RLA Sarkaghat for registration of his vehicle they demanded original insurance policy for registration of his vehicle. On this he went to the office of the Shriram General Insurance Compromise Ltd. for obtaining of original policy where he came to known that company had not issued any such cover note. CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
6. Case FIR No. 58/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Garaku Ram R/O Vill. Lower Mahadev PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 03-04/07/12 some unknown culprits stole away cash of worth Rs. 27,000/- along with jewelry from his house. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 90,000/- ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7. Case FIR No. 192/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar that on 03/07/12 Jai Singh was driving a car (HP33B-4419) and two persons were also travelling along with him in said car. When he reached near Chhu nullah he lost control over it and said car rolled down 150 feet downwards and they all sustained injuries. HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 111/12 dated 03/07/12 U/S 447,323,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Krishna Devi W/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Chera PO Mehandi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that Parwati Devi, Tanni Ram, Chaman Lal and Som Krishan beat her up and also threatened to her with dire consequences and they also damaged her shop which caused her loss of property of about Rs. 60,000/-. ASI Rajender Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING & CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY
9. Case FIR No. 112/12 dated 03/07/12 U/S 366,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Kumari Bimla Devi S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Vill. Chowky PO Mahog Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 28/06/12 at about 12.30 PM Panna Lal R/O Chindi called her as to came to Chayora. On this she went to Chayora and said Panna Lal met her there and Panna Lal said to her that he can't live without her and he want to marry with her. After some time he said to her that you have to marry with Rupesh Kumar S/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Marky (Bharki) PO and Distt. Saharanpur (UP). When she refused Panna Lal and Rupesh Kumar arranged a vehicle and kidnapped her. SI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

10. Case FIR No. 114/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. karsog on the complaint of Smt. Parwati Devi W/O Sh. Tanni Ram R/O Vill. Chera PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 03/07/12 Smt. Krishna Devi W/O Sh. Nanak Chand and Nank Chand entered in her courtyard and beat her up. HC Chhau Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
11. 114 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 13 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300 /- was recovered and 4 challans issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
