CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 114/12 dated 01/07/12 U/S 147,149,447,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Prakash Sharma S/O Sh. Om Prakash VPO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/07/12 at about 01.15 PM Umesh, Lalit Kumar, Girdhari Lal, Rekha Devi. Aarti, Sawitri Devi and wife of Umesh entered in his field equipped with sticks and sharp weapons and tried to attacked upon him but he ran away from the spot and escaped himself from them. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of Police Post Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 115/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Joginder Singh I.O of P.S. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML English wine from the possession of Lal Singh S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O Vill. Dadyas PO Badhu Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 174/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Bhola Ram R/O Garadnala PO Ghran Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 01/07/12 Med Ram along with his family members obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Ram Lal I/C P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 190/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Tara Devi W/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Vill. Barali PO Dashera Distt. Mandi that on 01/07/12 Barsatu Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Om Prakash I/C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

5. Case FIR No. 109/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 285, 304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Forest Range Officer Karsog that on 01/07/12 the areas of  D-54 Sharie Forest was engulfed with fire and burnt valuable fire produces. Said fire was controlled with the help of staff of forest as well as 30-35 civilians and one lady namely Resi Devi W/O late Sh. Dindu Ram R/O Shari PO Churag Tehsil Karsog (HP) also burnt during the course of controlling fire and later on she died. ASI Rajender Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6.      95 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,900/-   was recovered under M.V. Act, 14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1500 /- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
