CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1.     Case FIR No. 79/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Narhali PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 09/07/12 at 03.45 PM he was going from Chailchowk to the office of the SDM Gohar by his M/Cycle (HP32B-0862) and when he reached at Bassa, in the mean time a private bus of Anjli Bus came very rashly & negligently from Gohar side and struck with his M/cycle and he sustained injuries. ASI Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING OF WAY AND HURT 

 

2.     Case FIR No. 195/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 451,323,341,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O Vill. Sayahan PO Lohara Distt. Mandi that on 09/07/12 at about 07.30 AM she was working nearby her house, in the mean time Ganga Ram and his son Sunny came there beat her up. Some time after Harish Kumar, Achhari Devi, Indira Devi and Laxmi Devi also entered in her courtyard and beat her up along with her son Raj Kumar and they sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

3.     Case FIR No. 116/12 dated 10/07/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Raj Mal R/O Kochhu PO Ghamiru Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that on 09/07/12 at about 11 PM some unknown persons knocked his door and when he opened the door he saw that Ramesh along with his sons Luck and Vivek entered in his bramda and beat him up. He along with his wife sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF UNNATURAL DEATH

 

4.     Sh. Hari Bhadur R/O Mool Nepal at present working as servant with Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Sainthi PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi found died on the road side at Ladharol bazaar. Postmortem of the dead body of the deceased was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Jogindernagar.

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

 

5.     Case FIR No. 183/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 498A, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Sunka Ram R/O Vill. Rada Manwana PO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that his daughter Promila Devi was married with Pritam Chand R/O Kharsal PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi during the year 2004. After 4-5 months of her marriage her husband Pritam Chand, mother-in-law Sukha Devi, brother-in-law Rakesh and other relatives started to torture her for dowry. HC Baldev Chand I.O. P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, ASSAULT, DEFAMATION AND INTIMIDATION

 

6.     Case FIR No. 182/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 341,323,352,500,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Uday Singh Prashar S/O Sh. Ganga Ram Prashar VPO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi that he is running a shop namely "Ashoka Sweet Shop" at Bus stand Sarkaghat. On 26/06/12 at about 8 PM he closed his shop and he was going to his home and when he reached at Bus Stand Sarkaghat, Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Bakarta Tehsil Sarkaghat obstructed his way and beat him and also threatened to him. HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

7.     Case FIR No. 184/12 dated 10/07/12 U/S 341, 323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Panjku Ram R/O Vill. Bahru PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 08/07/12 at about 5 PM he was working in his fields, in the mean time his brother Bali Ram obstructed him and beat him up. ASI Subhash Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF THEFT

         

8.     Case FIR No. 122/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Chander Mani R/O VPO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 05/07/12 some unknown persons broke the lock of shelter of towers of Airtel and Vodafone and stole away DC cables of 50 MM and 35 MM, earthing wire and battery etc.  On suspicion accused  Desh Raj S/O Sh. Punnu Ram R/O Barathu PO Banola Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur has been arrested in above case by the I.O. from who is being produced before the Ld. Court. ASI Gulab Singh Incharge PP Dehar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

 

9.     Smt. Girani Devi D/O Sh. Jaini R/O Vill. Kaliya PO Piplya Tehsil Nashinggarh Distt. Rajgarh (MP), Gomati Devi W/O Sh. Jaini Vill. Kaliya PO Piplya Tehsil Nashinggarh Distt. Rajgarh (MP), Sonam W/O Sh. Sanjay Vill. Kaliya PO Piplya Tehsil Nashinggarh Distt. Rajgarh (MP) and Kalpna W/O Sh. Jinder Vill. Kaliya PO Piplya Tehsil Nashinggarh Distt. Rajgarh (MP) have been  arrested U/S 41(2) 109 Cr.P.C. who are being produced before the SDM Sadar Mandi.

 

CHALLAN

10.                          77 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600 /- was recovered and 1 challan issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
