CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 188/12 dated 12/07/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Pradeep Kumar R/O Vill. Chhattar PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 10/07/12 at 10.30 PM Kartar Singh and Kaku R/O Jandwal obstructed his way and beat him up.

2.     Case FIR No. 189/12 dated 12/07/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Parvinder Kumar S/O Sh. Ramji Dass R/O Rassain PO Basantpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 10/07/12 Baldev Singh and Ranvir Singh R/O Rasain obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Amrit Lal No. 413 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

3.     Case FIR No. 180/12 dated 12/07/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Chetan Sharma S/O Sh. Bhupinder Pal R/O H. No. 47/10 Bhagwan Mohalla Near Head Post Office Mandi at present residence Plot No. 24 Phase-II, New Industrial Areal Sauli Khad at present Managing Director Swimming Pool Mandi that on 08/07/12 he parked his car outside his house and back side mirror of his car remained opened and he kept some important documents and cash of worth Rs. 35,000/- in his car. Some unknown culprits stole his documents and cash of worth Rs. 35,000/- from his car. He suspects that above theft was made by the accused persons namely Kalu, Shalu and Babbu whose photographs were published in news papers and on face book by Mandi police as he saw them around the swimming pool twice on that day. SI Chand Kishore (Prob.) is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4.     Case FIR No. 182/12 dated 13/07/12 U/S 279,337 & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh. Prem Singh Pal R/O Vill. Khandla PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 13/07/12 at about 1.30 AM a pick up jeep came very rashly from Sundernagar isde and hit to Murari Lal and sped away from the spot.  HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O.of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF THEFT

           

5.     Case FIR No. 124/12 dated 12/07/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Manmohan Singh S/O Sh. Beant Singh R/O H. No. 150/4 near PWD  Rest House Chowk Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that he was employed as taxi driver with Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Lal R/O Bara Da Ghat Tehsil Ghumarwing Distt. Bilaspur and also resides with him as tenant. During the month of January, 2012 he expelled him from his duty in his absence and also stole away his golden ornaments of 1,80,000/- from his almirah. ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 CHALLAN

6.     131 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 20,720 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 16 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1600 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
