1. Case FIR No. 128/12 dated 19/07/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Slapper PO Suddan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 23/06/12 at about 06.45 PM he was coming to his home by his scooter (HP31-8016) and when he reached at Slapper Colony, a vehicle (HP01M-1357) came from opposite side which was driven by Devinder Kumar hit his scooter and he sustained injuries. ASI Jashbir Singh I.O. of High Patrol is investigating the case.
CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY OF A WOMAN AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR 200/12 dated 19/07/12 U/S 509,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Sh. Bhubneshwari Devi W/O Sh. Dhameshwar Kapoor R/O H. No. 187/8 Darmuyana Mohalla Distt. Mandi at present Chairperson of H.I.H.S. Nerchowk that Lekh Raj Sharma, VPO Nerchowk called her telephonically and used filthy language. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 42 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
3. Case FIR No. 188/12 dated 19/07/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ram Lal I/C Police Post Pandoh that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Kenchimore and during the course of checking of a HRTC bus (HP65-2302) he recovered 175 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Abdul Hamid S/O Sh. Abdul Mazid R/O H. No. 2284 Ramchander-Ji-Ki-Chopari Ram Ganj Bazaar Jaipur Rajasthan. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ram Lal I/C Police Post Pandoh.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 189/12 dated 19/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Singh R/O khilra PO Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 19/07/12 at about 05.45 PM a M/Cycle (HP33B-9050) and a truck (HP19B-1100) were collided with each other and both riders of above M/Cycle sustained injuries who were admitted to ZH. Mandi . ASI Roop Lal I/C TTR Wing Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF MISCHIEF, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5. Case FIR No. 119/12 dated 19/07/12 U/S 434,447,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Sh. Jhanu Ram R/O Luxmi bazaar Jogindernagar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 18/06/12 Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Dass R/O Luxmi Bazaar Jogindernagar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi forcibly trespassed into his land and damaged the boundaries of the land of the complainant. SI (Prob.) Sakani Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6. 105 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
