CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

            Case FIR No. 198/12 dated 16/07/12 U/S 325,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Chint Ram R/O Vill. Satoh PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 15/07/12 Paramjeet @ Sonu beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 42 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

            Case FIR No. 199/12 dated 16/07/12 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nettar Singh S/O Late Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Vill. Dahanu PO Sadyani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 15/07/12 at 09.30 PM his nephew Rakesh Kumar came in intoxicated condition, beat him along with his wife and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Om Prakash I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

            Case FIR No. 118/12 dated 15/07/12 U/S 498A,406,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Arti Guleria D/O Sh. Roop Singh Guleria R/O Vill. Balakrupi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Sh. Rajesh Chhabra S/O Sh. Anand Chhabra R/O West Uttamnagar R.Z. 27 Santosh Park Delhi on 16/04/12. After 4-5 days of her marriage, her father-in-law and all members of his family including her husband started to torture her mentally and also demanded money. They also captured her all gifts, cash and golden ornaments.   ASI Suresh Chand I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

            Case FIR No. 191/12 dated 16/07/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raghu Ram S/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Vill. Kharoh PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 15-16/07/12 some unknown persons stole away jewellery & cash of worth Rs. 2500/-. SI Reeta Sharma, SHO P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

A case FIR No. 66/12 dated 16/07/12 U/S 379 IPC 41,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered by ASI Charan Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he recovered 11 logs of wooden from the saw machine of Loki Ram S/O Sh. Negi Ram R/O Vill. Dalaj PO Padhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi which was kept by Parma Ram S/O Sh. Ghanshyam Dass R/O Pundal PO Gawali with out any permit. ASI Charan Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

            Case FIR No. 185/12 dated 15/07/12 U/S 323,324,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ghansyam S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Vill. Majhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 15/07/12 at 10.30 AM, Prem Chand S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O VPO Majhwar beat him. ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

124 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 31,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 500 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
