CRIME REPORT 19 JULY

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 69/12 dated 18/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Pahar on the complaint of Sh. Nagesh Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Dalah Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that he is driver in CH Jogindernagar and on 18/07/12 he was going to IGMC Shimla with an ambulance having registration No. (HP29-3177) and when he reached near Kotropi at Swards nullah, in the mean time a scooter (HP29-3177) came from Padhar side very rashly and struck with his ambulance and both occupants of above scooter sustained injuries. ASI Roop Singh is I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 70/12 dated 18/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Payare Lal S/O Sh. Halku Ram R/O Ghatashani PO Jhatingri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that on 18/07/12 at about 03.40 PM he was going to graze his pet animals near Guli at Ghatasani, in the mean time a vehicle came very rashly from Padhar side towards Jogindernagar and due to rash negligent driving by driver of said vehicle rolled down from the road and he along with another occupant sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

3.     Accused Parma Nand S/O Sh. Ghanshyam Dass R/O Pundal PO Gawali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi has been arrested by ASI Charan Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar who was wanted in case FIR No. 66/12 dated 16/07/12 U/S 41,42 I.F. Act and U/S 379 IPC.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4.     Case FIR No. 127/12 dated 18/07/12 U/S 341,323,324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Hira Singh R/O Katwali PO Kalohad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 18/07/12 he was coming towards Sundernagar by his M/Cycle (HP31-9359) and when he reached near Katwali, three persons came by scooter, obstructed his way and beat him up with sharp weapon and he sustained injuries. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

5.     Case FIR No. 187/12 dated 19/07/12 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Vill. Falahen PO Kotmorse Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 18/07/12 at about 08.30 PM he was going to his home from Pandoh bazaar and due to rain he stayed for soem time in the house of Kunta Devi who is his sister, in the mean time Kahan Singh came there in drunken condition having bottle wine in his hand and attacked upon him with said wine bottle and he sustained injuries on his face. ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 186/12 dated 18/07/12 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Khem Singh R/O Vill. Surari PO Khated Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present truck driver that on 18/07/12 he loaded bricks from Dabota to Kullu in his truck (HP66-6988) and when he reached at 7 mile, a vehicle (PB06K-9418) came very rashly and struck with his truck. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

7.     Kalia S/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Bhiuli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi and Guddu S/O Sh. Prem Dass R/O Bhiuli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi have been arrested by ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi U/S 107/15 Cr.P.C. who are being produced before the SDM Sadar Mandi.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8.     Case FIR No. 194/12 dated 18/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raj Singh S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O VPO Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that he was going from Sarkaghat to Darwar by his M/Cycle and another M/Cycle (HP28-4014)  was also going ahead of his M/Cycle and when they reached at Tasli Nullah, a jeep (HP21A-1480) came from Darwar side very rashly and struck with M/Cycle (HP28-4014) and rider of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

9.     97 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
