CASE PF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 205/12 dated 22/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rajeev Kumar S/O Sh. Labh Singh R/O VPO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 22/07/12 at about 06.45 PM a car (DL-1YA-3653) came from Mandi side towards Nerchowk and when said car reached at Gutkar driver of said car hit a M/Cycle (HP31-8138) and rider of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF DEATH DUE TO POISON
2. Kumari Shilpa D/O Sh Vijay Kumar R/O Vill. Kandroh PO Kothuan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi died due to consumption of poison. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of Police Post Sandhole.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
3. A case FIR No. 120/12 dated 23/07/12 U/S 341,324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Nihal Singh S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill. Dharala PO Soma Kothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/07/12 Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Kaula Ram R/O Chatol obstructed his way and beat him up and also attacked upon him with sharp weapon. HC Kamal Kant I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
4. 116 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
