CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 115/12 dated 08/07/12 U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Dublesh S/O Sh. Subhash Chand MO Vayas Hospital Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that he was coming back from Dharmshala to Bilaspur along with his friend by his own vehicle and when they reached at Chhanag Galu a vehicle (HP29A-4142) obstructed his vehicle and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 121/12 dated 08/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nandi S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Bhawana PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 08/07/12 at about 07.50 PM Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Narayan Dass R/O Bhawana and his brother Satpal came from Darlaghat to Jarol by vehicle (HP11C-2498) and he was also coming along with them in the same vehicle (truck) and when said truck reached nearby Bhawana driver of said vehicle Vijay Kumar lost control over it and fell down about 150 feet downwards and Satpal sustained injuries. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.     Case FIR No. 193/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gaga Ram Walia S/O Sh. Naulu Ram R/O Vill. Sayahan PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 09/07/12 at about 8 AM Jagat Ram, Raj Kumar and Sita Devi beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT 

4.     Case FIR No. 451,341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O Vill. Sayahan PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/07/12 at about 07.30 AM she was working nearby her house, in the mean time Ganga Ram and his son Sunny came there and beat her up. ASI Shasher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO ELECTRIC SHOCK

         

5.       Smt. Chanchlo devi W/O Sh. Lohka Ram R/O Vill. Neri PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was died due to electric shock. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.P. Sandhole.

CHALLAN

6.     85 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1100 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
