1. Case FIR No. 173/12 dated 30/06/12 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Chand Ram S/O Sh. Devu Ram R/O VPO Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 30/06/12 at about 06.20 PM he was going towards Garg Hotel Pandoh, in the mean time Sonu along with another boy who were standing on the turning point obstructed his way and beat him up. In the mean time Durgi Devi along with another woman who was mother of above Sonu also came there and they both were also beaten up. ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

2. Accused Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O H.No. 48-49 BBMB Colony Sundernagar Distt. Mandi was arrested by Inspr. Bishan Dass I/C SIU Mandi on 30/06/12 who was wanted in case FIR No. 200/11 dated 04/08/11 U/S 420,467,468,471,120 IPC.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
3. Accused Gurdev Singh S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Banwana PO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi and Nathu Ram S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O VPO Pantehra Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) have been arrested by SI Reeta Sharma SHO P.S. Sarkaghat who were wanted in case FIR NO. 24/12 dated 31/01/12 U/S 457,380,411 IPC and they are being produced before the Ld Court of JMIC Sarkaghat.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4. Case FIR No. 108/12 dated 30/06/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI Trilok Chand Addl. SHO P.S. Karsog that on 30/06/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bakhrout, in the mean time he received information that Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Sh. Nar Singh sold wine in peg sale basis in his tea stall. On this he carried out search of his tea stall and he found that Het Ram S/O Sh. Bhimi Ram VPO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi, Bodh Raj S/O Sh. Swaroop VPO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Arjun Ram R/O Vill. Oaidhar PO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi, Tej Ram Sharma S/O Sh. Ram Sai R/O Vill. Chindi PO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi and Guddu Ram S/O Sh. Nandni R/O Vill. Drash PO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi were drinking inside of tea stall of above Rak Kumar and also recovered 180 ML country liquor from his tea stall. SI Trilok Chand Addl. SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5. 111 challans were issued and fine of Rs.12,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
