CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 120/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 20,21 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 04/07/12 at about 04.45 PM he received information that Jayoti Prakash S/O Sh. Lalman R/O H.NO. 92/9 Bhojpur Tehsil Sunderngar Distt. Mandi sells drugs in his shop at Cinema Chowk Sundernagar. On receiving this information he along with police party and Drugs Inspector Kamlesh Kumar searched the above shop and recovered 120 capsules of Spasmoproxy Von, 40 Tablet of Nitrozepom-10, 4 Packets  Bhola Munaka Modak, 4 packets  Munaka No 1,  2 packets Rashila drugs etc. of banned medicines. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar.

 

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO FALLING

2.     Sh. Dagi Ram S/O Sh Chura Ram R/O Salgi PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi was going on 03/07/12 to his home and when he reached at Dawardu he fell down from a height and he was declared brought died at Z.H. Mandi. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174  Cr.P.C. was  carried out by the local police of P.S. Padhar. 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT 

3.     Case FIR No. 111/12 dated 05/07/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Sh. Baldev Singh S/O Sh. Mangal Dass R/O Vill. Har PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar at present Secretary G.P. Ropa Padhar that on 04/07/12 at 05.30 PM he closed office of the G.P. Ropa Padhar and today at 09.30 AM when he reached again G.P. Ropa he found that lock of the office of above Pamchayat was broken and some unknown culprits stolen away one No. computer set from the office of the Panchayat. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, INTIMIDATION AND MISCHIEF

4.     Case FIR No. 119/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 451,504,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Saunu Ram Thakur R/O Dharnanda PO Maramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 27/06/12 Karam Singh S/O Late Sh.  Sidhu Ram Thakur R/O Dharanda PO Maramasit Tehsil Sunderngar Distt. Mandi entered in his house and broke the boundary wall of his house and also used filthy language. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No. 59/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Suman Devi W/O Sh. Bhup Raj R/O Vill. Manoun PO Paurakothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 04/07/12 she was going to Ropa village and when she reached at Paurakothi, Pinku obstructed her way and beat her up and also used filthy language. HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 60/12 dated 05/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Chowk PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 05/07/12 he was coming on foot from Chowk side towards Lower Behali , in the mean time a truck (HP24-3429) came from Chowk side towards Hatgarh very rashly and fell down into a canal. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7.     90 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,900/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 25 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2500 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
