CRIME REPORT 8 JULY

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

1. Case FIR No. 66/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 32,33,34,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 07/07/12 at about 8 PM she laid a nakka along with other police officials at Banal and during the course of checking of a bus (DL-1PB-7952) she recovered 72 KG valuable forest produce (nag chhartri) from the possession of Dolma Lamba D/O Sh. Angyal Lamba C/O Sh. Gangu Ram VPO Kayas Distt. Kullu. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut.

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

2. Case FIR No. 63/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 420,467,468,471,120 B IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the written complaint of BDO Sadar Mandi that Ex-Pradhans of G.P. Tihari Nima Devi, Kamla Devi and Panchayat Secretary Ashish Kumar of G.P. Tihari were misused sum of Rs. 1,38,725.25/- which was provided by the Govt. of (H.P.) for different Development Works of said Panchayat. ASI Roop Singh I.O. of PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 176/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash Mishra S/O Sh. Kameshwar Mishra R/O Vill. Tagu Behar PO Samshi Tehsil &Distt. Kullu that on 07/07/12 he was going from Bhuntar to Sundernagar by his car (HP34C-8400) which was drien by his son Pushkar and when they reached at 7 Miles, a Tata Sumo (KA35-NT8947) came very rashly from Mandi side and hit his car and his wife sustained injuries. HC Pawan Kumar NO. 919 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 177/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Swaranroop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that he received information telephonically in P.S.Sadar Mandi that a Nano car fell down from the road near village Roparu. On this he rushed to the spot along with other police officials and on the spot he found two children in injured condition who were sent to hospital by ambulance for treatment and some time after with the help of peoples of the locality he found one male and female in unconscious condition in a jungle they were also sent to Z.H. Mandi for treatment where M.O declared to said female dead. Said ill-fated car was driven by Naresh Kumar who is also sustained injuries. ASI Swaranroop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 180/12 dated 08/07/12 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Singh S/O Sh. Babu Ram R/O Vill.Pati PO Rissa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that he is driver with a vehicle (DL1YC-2166) which is owned by Amarjeet Singh R/O Vishnu Garden New Delhi. On 07/07/12 he was coming back from Manali after dropping passengers and when he reached at Dhalwan, a Sawaraj Majda (HP65-0702) came very rashly and hit his car. HC Baldev Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 181/12 dated 08/07/12 U/S 451,354,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Anita Devi W/O Sh. Hakam Chand R/O Vill. Bag Gaddidhar PO Garauru Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 08/07/12 she was sleeping in her room, her brother-in-law Ram Lal entered in her room and tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

7. Accused Manmohan Bajaj S/O Sh Sohan Lal R/O H. No B-98 Subhadra Colony Saray Rohila Delhi -35 has been arrested by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar who was wanted in Case FIR No 120/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 20,21,29 of NDPS Act. Above accused person is being produced before the Ld. Court.

CHALLAN

8. 104 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1000 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
