CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

1        Case Fir No.195/12dated 29/7/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered on the  complaint  of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Jagdish Chand  R/O village Chippno P.O. Bijni Tehsil and PS Sadar Mandi (HP)that she is house wife and her husband is peon in Committee Mandi. She has a Karyana store ground floor of her house . On 28/7/12 at about 7.30 PM she went to her old house distance about 250 Meters from new house for sleeping there . On 29-7-12 morning she return back to her new home then  the iron grill of her room was found opened and  Lock of her bed room and  Godrej Almira found opened. The Key of almira found in the bed .When complainant  checked the Ornaments / cash which were in the Almira were not found. Some unknown persons stolen away the following articles  One gold Teek ,Two gold Jummer ,One Neth Gold , One Golden Chak ,one Ring gold, one Tilli , One pair Payal Silver ,one voter card and Cash Rs 7000/-. Total value of  stolen property about Rs. 80000/- .ASI Swarn Roop Singh I.O of  PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR NO. 131/12 dated 29/7/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Sunder Nagar by  ( Prob)Dy.sp Abhimanyou Verma that on 29/7/12 when he was on petrolling along with  others police  officials of PS Staff at place Pungh about 8.15 PM then on the secret information  he recovered one use bottle  of English Wine and one beer bottle  from the possession of  Digvijay Guleria S/O Sh Lekh Raj R/O Roda PO Bhangrotu perchage the  owner of the restaurant  namely High Spirit .( Prob)Dysp. Abhimanyou Verma /SHO of  PS Sunder Nagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND AND INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 132/12 dated 30/7/12 U/S 452, 354, 504 IPC has been registered on the Statemenof Smt. Neela Devi W/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O VPO Harabag Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi that on 29/7/12 at 6.30 PM she was present in her house , in the mean time Shyam Lal S/O Dhanu Ram VPO Harabag Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi entered in her house and tried to outrage her modesty and abusing her . SI Mada Lal IO of  PS Sunder Nagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT, ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No 200/12 dated 29/07/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,355 IPC has been registered  in PS Sarkaghat  on  the complaint of Smt Manorma Devi W/O Sh. Prem Chand village Nagarda PO Baldwara tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on  28/7/12 at about 12 pm she was coming from the Baldawara when she reached near the Baldwara school in mean time Meena Devi obstruct her way  and beat her up ,abuse and also threaten to kill her. ASI Ajit Singh  I/C of  PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No 201/12 dated 29/07/12 U/S 448,504,506 IPC  has been registered   in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint  of Smt Joyati  W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar village and PO Baldwara tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP)  that She were going to his house Near Senior secondary school baldwara  in mean time  her  Anti Mother -in -law Meena Devi locked the main gate  and also abused and threaten to kill. HC Baldev Singh  I/O of  PP Hatli.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

6        Accused Tej singh  S/O Sukh Dev vill Darbehar PO Rajwari Teshil sadar distt Mandi (HP) age 25 yrs has been arrested in case FIR No. 165/12 on datd 29/7/12 by ASI kuldep singh I/O PS Balh he will be produced today a.n

CHALLAN

7        77 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act,  5 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered & 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
