CRIME REPORT 14 JULY

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 196/12 dated 14/07/12 U/S 498A, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Sonia W/O Sh. Simple Kumar R/O VPO Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married with Simple Kumar S/O Sh. Kashmir on 30/01/2012. A case of hurt was also registered on 09/05/12 in P.S. Balh against her husband. After registration of above case,  her husband often harassed and tortured her mentally and physically. ASI Om Prakash I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

2.     Case FIR NO. 183/12 dated 13/07/12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Kursheed W/O Sh. Nasim R/O H. No. 116/8 Butnath Bazaar Mandi at present Heat Teacher in GMS Ropa that on 13/07/12 at about 05.30 PM Pradhan of G.P. Tung Sh. Man Singh informed to her that lock of the school has been broken by some unknown culprits. On this she reached at school and found that a pressure cooker amounting to Rs. 2500/- and three Nos. monitors of computers were stolen away from the school by some unknown culprits. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

3.     Accused Pinku S/O Sh. Ghanshyam Bangala Colony Bhiuli, Sher Singh S.O Sh. Kaku Ram R/O Bangala Colony Bhiuli and Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Magu Ram R/O VPO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi have been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr. P.C. by HC Anil Kumar No. 406 from Sauli Khad Mandi who are being produced before the SDM Sadar Mandi.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4.     Case FIR No. 190/12 dated 13/07/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Chanchla Devi W/O Sh. Sanjay Kumar R/O Vill. Dawardu PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 13/07/12 at 5 PM Baldev Singh R/O Dawardu obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

5.     Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Ganpat Ram  VPO Khalardu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi has been arrested by HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. who is  being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.

CASE OF THEFT AND DISHONESTLY RECEIVING OF STOLEN PROPERTY

6.     Case FIR No. 67/12 dated 14/07/12 U/S 379,411 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Mohar Singh that he laid a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he checked a  alto car (HP01D-0896) which was boarded by four persons namely Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Parma Nand R/O Dhiun PO Bir Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi, Laxman Kumar S/O Sh. Barestu Ram R/O Dhiun, Nanak Chand S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Dhiun and Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Lala Ram R/O Ropa and he recovered 40 liters  diesel and 100 Lt lubricant oil from their possession. All accused have been arrested and further investigation of case is being carried out by ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7.     Case FIR No. 117/12 dated 13/07/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Thakur Singh I.O. of P.P. Ghatta that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Ghatta and during the course of nakka he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Dulo Ram R/O VPO Dharender Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Thakur Dass I.O. of PP Ghatta.

CHALLAN

8.     114 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,600 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 900 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
