CASE OF CHEATING & FORGERY

1. Case FIR No. 76/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dum Ram Naik CDPO Gohar that Keshri Devi D/O Sh. Shaktu Ram R/O Assistant Angan Wari Centre Majhan G.P. Saroa Distt. Mandi has produced false documents/certificates during the course of her appointment. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND BURGLARY

2. Case FIR No. 119/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Godawari Devi W/O Sh. Devinder Singh VPO Behna Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 29/06/12 she went to the house of her sister at Bhota, in district Hamirpur. On 02/07/12 her sister-in-law Kamla Devi and Anjana Devi informed her telephonically that lock of the main gate of her house has been opened. On this she came back to her home and found that some unknown person has been stolen away jewellery of and cash of worth Rs. 10,000/- along with an ATM of SBI bank from her house. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 1,15,000/-. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND MISCHIEF

3. Case FIR No. 109/12 dated 03/07/12 U/S 379, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Brij Lal S/O Sh. Prithi Singh R/O Vill. Radda Bhankher PO Ajhu Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi that on 02/07/12 he parked his car (HP53-5077) near railway crossing. On 03/07/12 at about 06.30 PM he found that glass of back side of his car has been broken by some unknown persons and also stole away 4 tyres, one stepny, stereo and jack etc. ASI Satpal I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 116/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Arun Sharma S/O Sh. Sanjay Sharma R/O H. No. 58/4 Bhojpur bazaar Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 02/07/12 at about 01.30 PM he was crossing the road at Bhojpur bazaar along with his daughter Ishita and Neha D/O Sh. Vinod Sethi, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP33B-7816) came very rashly and hit his daughter Ishita and Neha and they both sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCDENT

5.      Case FIR No. 117/112 dated 02/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Vill. Koon PO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 01/07/12 a maruti car (HP03-1036) came from Maryari temple side towards Sundernagar very rashly and when reached near Stay-Ki-Nali it fell down about 400 meters downward and driver of said car Vick along with another occupant Jagdish were sustained injuries. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 117/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Yuv Raj R/O Vill. Mundra PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that today at about 01.20 PM she along with her daughter Nisha Devi were crossing the road near Civil Hospital Sundernagar, in the mean time a scooter (HP31A-1359) came from MLSM College side very rashly and during overtaking of a vehicle hit her daughter Nisha Devi and her daughter Nisha Devi and scooter rider Mukal Gautam were sustained injuries. ASI Sharwan Kumar I.O. of TTR Wing is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

7.      Accused Chhotu Ram S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Chhattar PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi was arrested on 02/07/12 by ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sunernagar who was wanted in case FIR No. 212/11 dated 18/11/11 U/S 420,120 B IPC and he is being produced before the Ld. Court.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8.      Case FIR No. 172/12 dated 03/07/12 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Parvati Devi W/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Vill. Morla PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 02/07/12 at about 07.30 PM Shiv Ram S/O Late Sh. Inder Sing R/O Vill. Morla PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi beat her up and also threatened to her with dire consequences. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

DEATH DUE TO SNAKE BITE

9. Devinder Singh S/O Sh. Hans Raj R/O Vill. Kaloga PO Mandap Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi age 40 year old died due to biting by a snake. Postmortem of dead body of the deceased was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. has been carried out by the local police of Police Post Dharampur.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

10. Case FIR No.110/12 dated 03/07/12 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dumnau Ram S/O Sh. Khem Singh R/O Vill. Khil PO Sub Tehsil Neri Distt. Mandi that on 30/06/12 at about 09.30 PM he was sleeping in his bed room along with his wife and guest Panna Lal, in the mean time Roop Lal S/O Sh. Harisharan entered in the bramda of his house and to the complainant. On this he came out side and Roop Lal beat him up. HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I.O. PP Pangna is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

11.  86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act, 16 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1600 /- was recovered   and I challan issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
