CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, AND HURT

1. Case FIR NO. 121/12 dated 26/7/12 U/S 341,323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Mohar Singh S/O Puran Chand Village Belu Dhar PO Khanoud Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP) that on 25/7/12 he was going to his home when he reached near by Bhour Gali in mean time Sher Singh S/O Hukam Chand and Mehar Chand S/o Sh. Kripa Ram obstruct his way and beat him up . HC Kamal Kant No. 860. I/O of PS karsog is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR NO.122/12 dated 26/7/12 U/S 341,323, 34 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Hari Singh S/O Daulat Ram village & PO Bhanera Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi ( HP) that on 25/7/12 he was going to his home when he reached near Halni Nala near by Bhanera in mean time Sunder Kumar S/O Sh. Hima Ram , Krishan Lal S/O Ratti Ram obstruct his way and beat him up. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71. I/O of PS karsog is investigating the case .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3. Case FIR NO. 123/12 dated 26/7/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Karsog by ( Prob)SI Ranjan Sharma that on 26/7/12 when said SI was on petrolling along with other police officials of PS Staff at Khanoul Bagra then on the secret information he recovered (45000 ML Country Liquor) from the possession of Sh. Manohar Lal S/O sh. Naryan singh village Mahasudhar PO Chouri Dhar Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi( HP) from his shop. (Prob.)SI Ranjan Sharma I/O of PS karsog is investigating the case .

CASE OF CHEATING

4. Case FIR No.193/12dated 26/7/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the compliant of Smt. Nilam Kumar W/O Sh Pawan Kumar, Anita Devi W/O Sh Devinder Singh Both of R/O And VPO Sakroha Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi (H.P.) and Jaswant Kumar S/O Sh Roop Lal R/O Bhetara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that as per the Advertisement published by Namely Firm Gunpati Paper Product Mandi which was run by OmVir Singh S/O Naval Singh R/O H No- 34 Surya Nagar Sector -C Buland City (U.P). The Above Complaints Purchase the Paper Product and Raw Material RS-35,500/- But when they confirm the cost of the above product from Market the value of said product is RS-4500/-when the complaints went to dealer of the product at Palace Colony the above OmVir Singh run away from Mandi. ASI Vijay Kumar I/C of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5. 352 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 78,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
