CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION     

1          Case FIR No.72/12 dated 27/7/12 U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Parshi Devi W/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Sandoa PO Katoula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on  27/7/12 at  about 8.00 am her relative (Kurmani)  came Kala Devi w/o Goley Ram R/O Sandoa  came in her court yard and beaten her with danda due to quarrellings with her son and daughter in law . Case is being investigated by HC Kuldeep Singh No.148 I/O PS Padhar.  

 

CASE OF MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS

2          Case FIR NO. 123/12 dated 27/7/12 U/S 427, 448 IPC has been registered on in PS karsog  on the complaint  of  Smt. Kali Chauhan D/O sh. Durga Singh  village Sanana PO and  Tehsil  Karsog Distt Mandi (HP)  that she has been  living  with Devi Singh S/O Jethu Ram village Khandak PO Pangna, Kanoongo Tehsil Karsog since 1998 to 2008 as wife during that she have purchase land for the construction of house and built it. In  2008 said Devi Singh was transferred to Nirmand Distt Kullu and  did not come back. On 27/5/12 at about 4.35 PM his son Yogesh Kumar came in that house in the absence of her and broken the lock of five rooms  and damaged the house articles . ASI Rajender Singh I/O of this PS karsog  is investigating the case .

CASE OF MISCHIEF AND HURT

3          Case  FIR NO. 124/12 dated 27/7/12 U/S 430, 323 IPC has been registered  in PS Karsog on the complaint  of Sh. Manohar Lal S/O Mina Ram  village Shopa PO and Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP) that on 27/7/12 at 9.30 PM  when he was irrigating  his land  in mean time  Khem Raj @ Fifny S/O Sh. Paras Ram village Lahu diverted  the flow of water by building  Kuhal and also beat  him up. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I/O of this PS karsog is investigating the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY   AND HURT

4          Case FIR No.73/12 dated 28/7/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered  in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Chhotu Ram S/O Sh. Shukaru Ram R/O Village Bhubhu PO Tehsil  Padhar Distt Mandi( HP)that on dtd 27/7/12 at about 7.00 pm when he was going to home from Padhar and When he reached near the Shop of Shibu than Two person namely Laku S/O Ravi , Other Name not Known obstruct his way and beat him up. HC Pren Singh NO 75 I/O  of PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 207/12 dated 28/07/12 U/S 341,323 504 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on ther complaint of DeshRaj S/O Nanak Vill.and PO Dasehada tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 27/07/12 at about 7:30 pm when he was going towards his field in mean time Kasmir Singh , Mahanti Devi  and Gopal SinghS/O Kashmir Singh obstruct his way and beat him up.HC Suman No. 39I/O PP Rewalsar is investigating the case

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,  HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

6          Case FIR No.194/12 dated 28/7/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS sadar on the complaint of Sh. Jai Ram S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Village Chadyana P/ODudar Tehsil  Sadar Mandi (H.P.). Manget Ram's son Jai Singh his wife and their Duaghter in Law obstructed his path and beat him up.  ASI Ram Lal I/C  of PP Pandoh  is investigating the case.

 

 

CHALLAN

 

7          119 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 26,400 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 900 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
