CASE OF MURDER

1. Case FIR No. 101/13 dated 16/04/13 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Balwant Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Barchhwar PO Surajpurbari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) on 14/03/13 dead body of his son Vineet Kumar was found lying on the bank of Seer Khad near village Tatahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) and he suspect that his son was not died due to falling but he was murdered. SI Reeta Devi, Addl. SHO P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 91/13 dated 17/04/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Raj Mal No. 856  that today he was on patrolling along with other police official at Jail Road Mandi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 18,000 ML  English wine from the possession of Sarwan Kumar S/O Sh. Gauri Prasad R/O Alag PO Kot Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

CASE OF THEFT

3. Case FIR No. 37/13 dated 17/04/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Barfi Devi W/O Sh. Dola Ram R/O Vill. Trai PO Sagli Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that today morning she was grazing her goats in Churu nullah and in the mean time some unknown culprits stole away her one sheep from Churu nullah. Approximately cost of stolen sheep is about Rs. 10,000/-. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

4. Case FIR No. 26/13 dated 16/04/13 U/S 447, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the written complaint of Pradeep Guleria R.F.O. Drang that Sh. Tara Chand Forest Worker informed him telephonically that on 16/04/13 at about 06.15 AM residents of Bahi village were constructed road illegally by JCB in the areas of Bahi forest without obtaining permission from the competent authority. HC  Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

5. Case FIR No. 27/13 dated 17/04/13 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh. Dandu Ram R/O Vill. Sanyardh PO Talyarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Asstt. Engineer Doordarshan, Mandi that some unknown culprits stole away a TV of LG make and two blankets from TV Transmmitter Centre  at Fulladhar between 13/03/13 to 11/04/13 and approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 5000/-. SI (Prob.) Amrik Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

6. 65 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act  during last 24 hours.
