CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 36/13 dated 15/04/13 U/S 18 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta, SHO P.S. Gohar that on 15/04/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sai and during the course of patrolling he found 201 poppy plants  which were allegedly cultivated in the fields of Jalam Ram S/O Sh. Balesar R/O Sai PO Sukibain Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) and these plants were destructed with the help of police officials who were on patrolling. SI Naveen Jhalta is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 66/13 dated 15/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Pammi Devi W/O Sh. Santosh Kumar R/O VPO Banuri Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP) that she was going along with her daughter to her house, in the mean time a scooter (HP29B-0258) came from Bassi side and hit her daughter who sustained injuries. ASI Ishwari Prasad Incharge P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

3. Case FIR No. 96/13 dated 16/04/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Akshay Kumar S/O Sh. Narain Dass R/O Thathar PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/04/13 at about 04.30 PM he parked his M/Cycle (HP31A-3143) near GSSS(Girls) Sundernagar and  about 06.30 PM he didn't find his motor cycle at the place of parking and he suspected that some unknown culprits stole away his above mentioned M/Cycle from above place of parking. ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 79/13 dated 16/04/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Sharma S/O Sh. Mohan Lal Sharma R/O Vill. Doh PO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/04/13 at about 10 PM he was going to his home by a tipper (HP66-1052) which was driven by Sh. Rishi Kumar S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Serla Khabu and at about 10.15 PM when said tipper reached at Rewalsar Galu driver Rishi Kumar lost control over it and said tipper fell down from the road and he along with driver Rishi Kumar sustained injuries. Later on driver Rishi Kumar succumbed to his injuries in Z.H. Mandi. HC Kamal Deep No. 888 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5.       61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7100/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challan were   issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
