CASE OF FOREST ACT

1        Case FIR No.44/13 dated 28/04/13 U/S 379 IPC  & 32,33 of IF Act has  been registered in P.S. Gohar  by SI Naveen Jhalta that on an secret information he recovered  14 pieces of cedar(Devdaar) from the possession of Bakshi Ram S/O Sh. Bikram Dass R/O Thunagala P.O Jahal Thesil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) from his house and cowshed. Acccused has been arrested and  further invetigasting is being carried out by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S. Gohar is investgating the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2        Case FIR No.33/13 dated 28/04/13 U/S 341, 323 IPC has  been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of  Sh. PrithviRaj S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Gathuthar Tehsil Dehra Dsitt. Kangra  that  on 26/04/13   at about 10 PM when he was  going  to his residence , in mean time Akshya obstructed his way and beat him . HC Satyan Parkash No. 34 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD  ACCIDENT .

3        Case FIR No.113/13 dated 28/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Nek Ram R/O Siyathi P.O. Sajaopiplu Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt.Mandi   (H.P.) that on 28/04/13 at about 6:15 PM when he was present at old  Bus Stand Sarkaghat  then a Car No.(HP34 -4331) came rashly, which was driven by  Dinesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Khem Singh R/O Matyal P.O.Kot  Tungal and hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No.114/13 dated 28/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Smt. Barfi Devi S/O Sh. Badri R/O Chhuru-Ra-Balh P.O. Longni  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/04/13 at about 4:30 PM when he was crossing the road along with her Daughter Ritika, in mean time aCar No.(HP31-6107) which was driven by Chuuni Lal S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Kumharda came rashly and  hit his doughter Ritika and she sustained injuries. ASI Mahender Pal I/C of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No.34/13 dated 29/04/13 U/S 147, 148,341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Vishwa Nath S/O Sh. Sauju Ram R/O Mahadev  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on  28/04/13 at about 11:30 PM when he was going to his house in his own  Car No.(HP31C-9090) and reached near  Dhanotu, in mean time  Partap, Ritu, Raj, Suraj, Ravi  came  along with one unknown person and obstructed  him  and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI Trilok Chand  I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC NUISANCE AND INTIMIDATION

6        Case FIR No. 35/13 dated 29/04/13 U/S 279, 504, 290, 509 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of  all the resident of BBMB Colony Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  a Car No. (HP31 C-0849) containing occupants generally under the influence of alcohol and already involved in an accident some time ago and also  challenging  the modesty of the women. ASI Rajinder  Thakur I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

7        37 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 5400 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   9 challan  were issued under COPTA  & fine of  Rs. 900 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
