CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR NO.95/13 dated 24/04/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  HC Hem Raj  that on 24/04/13 at about 4:15 PM when he was on patrolling  along with other police officials at Chai Ka Dohra then on an  secret information he recovered 6750 ML Country liquor  from the possession of  Ramesh Chand  S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/OSamoun P.O.Nalag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) from his shop(chicken corner). HC Hem Raj I/O of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No.29/13 dated 24/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Khem Singh S/O Sh.Biri Singh R/O Siram P.O. Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 24/04/13 at about 4:30PM when he was going to Kammand  along with his brother in his  Vehcile No.(HP65-3221) and reached near Farm house ,simultaneously a Moter Cycle  No.(HP65-3418) came rashly  and hit his vehicle. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ABDUCTION

3          Case FIR No. 96/13 dated 24/04/13 U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh.Mohan Sharma S/O Sh.Radhe  Shyam R/O Khadkalyana P.O. Baryara Tehsil Kotli  Distt.  Mandi (H.P.) that  Jeetu R/OBaddgawan has been forcibly ran away her daughter . ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF   ATTEMPT  TO SUCIDE

4          Case FIR No.98/13 dated 25/04/13 U/S 309 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the complaint of Miss Mannat D/O Sh.Bhajan Singh R/O House No.39/106 Kempura Mohalla Kapurthla(PB) at present residing in the rented House No.340/12 Ram Nagar  Mandi(H.P.) that on  today i.e. 25/04/13  her friend Jyoti  D/O Sh. Dharam Pal R/O House No.122 Rose Avenu Kapurthla  presently residing along with her  tried to suicide in their Rented House . HC Vijay Kumar I/O P.P. City is investigating the case.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO  SUCIDE

5          Case FIR No.99/13 dated 25/04/13 U/S 309 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Gain Swaroop Vatsal S/O Late Sh.Murari Lal Sharma  R/O House No. 128/10 Thenera Mohalla  Mandi (H.P.) that on today i.e. 25/04/13  at about 12:30 PM his son tried to commit the suicide in his room . HC Inder Singh No. 07 I/O of P.P. City is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 97/13  dated 24/04/13  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered on the  complaint of Sh.Ayush S/O Sh.Kailash Kumar Gupta R/O House No. 188/10 Thenera Mohalla Mandi(H.P.) that on 24/04/13 at about 8:25 PM when  he was going to Bradhibir on his M/Cycle No.(HP76-0935) and reached near Pulgarat, in mean time Car No.(HP33T-9262) came rashly  and hit him from back side and he sustained injuries. HC Shiv Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

7          CASE FIR No.86/13 dated 25/04/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt.Rewati Devi W/O Sh. Duni Chand  R/O Jaroli P.O. Sayanji Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 25/04/13  at about 9:30 AM  Bindra Devi &her son Jitender Kumar obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Dharamender Singh No. 77 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

8          .Case FIR No. 87/13 dated 25/04/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Bindra Devi W/O Sh. Surjan Singh R/O Jaroli P.O. Siyanji Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 25/04/13 at about 10:30 AM Smt. Rewati Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Dharmender Singh No.77 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

9          50 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 14,900-/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   4 challan  were issued under COPTA  & fine of  Rs. 400 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
