CRIME REPORT 1 APRIL

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND FALSE EVIDENCE

1.      Case FIR No. 60/13 dated 01/04/13 U/S 341,504,506,195 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Tara Devi W/O Sh. Biri Singh and Smt. Reema Devi W/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Patrain PO Gangoti Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/03/13  Bhim Singh S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Patrain PO Gangoti beat up Smt. Reema Devi and she sustained injuries and thereafter he broke the pipes of water supply of her tap. On 23/03/13 above Bhim Singh again obstructed her way and threatened her. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 967 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.      Case FIR No.27/13 dated 31/03/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Narpat Ram  that on 31/03/13 at about 6.30PM he was  on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered  90,000 ML Country liquor & 9000 ML English wine from the possession of Driver Murli Chand S/O Sh. Iswar Chand  R/O Gahidhar  Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu from his  Vehcile Tata Sumo No.(HP01K-2239). HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I/O of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 71/13 dated 01/04/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint  of  Sh. Punjab Singh S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Harwahan P.O. Chowk Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  today he  was coming to Sundernagar along with Ritesh Thakur and when they reached near  Bhojpur bazaar, in mean time a  three wheeler No.(HP31B-0470) which was driven by Rajender Kumar  S/O Sh. Yog Raj R/O Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar came very rashly and hit him from back side and he sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47  I/O of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No.31/13 dated 1/04/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Ajeet Singh  that on 31/03/13  he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 90,000 ML Country liquor & 9000 ML English wine from the possession of  Pradeep Kumar  S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Bajhani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi(HP). ASI Ajeet  Singh I/C of P.P. Janjehli is investigating the case.

5.      79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6900/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
