CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASHNESS
1 Case FIR No.70/13 dated 279, 337 , 304(A) IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Chand S/O Sh. Shunka Ram R/O Mayot P.O. Barot Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 24/04/13 when he was present at Bhatta, in mean time Car No.(HP33T-9543) which was driven by Pyar Chand S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Bhadiyda P.O. Dohag came rashly from behind and hit him along with Smt.Bandna Kumari, Shakuntla Devi and all of them sustained injuries and Smt. Shakuntla died at CH. Jogindernagar. ASI Purshottam Dass I/O of Traffic Wing Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ARSON
2 Case FIR No.85/13 dated 24/04/13 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S.Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rajeev Kumar S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Uttrapur Tehsil Jaisinghpur Distt. Kangra (H.P.) that he is presently working in Dushan International Company at Narchowk and residing in the Chamuda Colony. During the intervening night of 23-24/04/13 some unknown persons burnt his Motor Cycle No.(HP37A-8542) . ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No.108/13 dated 24/04/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh.Raj Kumar R/O Gadyaru P.O.Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 23/04/13 at about 3:30 PM when he was present at Gadyaru, a Car came rashly which was driven by Ashish Kumar and hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,800 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challan were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 500 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
