CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1.      Case FIR No. 80/13 dated 18/04/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gagan Singh S/O Sh. Govinb Ram R/O VPO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/04/13 Lucky and Gaurav S/O Late Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Chuwari obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY

2.      Case FIR No. 81/13 dated 19/04/13 U/S 341 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dhan Dev Sharma S/O Sh. Balibhadra Sharma R/O Kasarla PO Ratti Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/04/13 he was going along with Sunil Kumar by three wheeler to his home and when reached near the house of Chandu, he stopped the three wheeler and dragged out Sunil Kumar from the three wheeler. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 88/13 dated 18/04/13 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal S/O Sh. Gulaba Ram R/O Vill. Tharu PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/04/13 at about 08.15 PM RajU Ram S/O Sh. SOhan Lal R/O beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 89/13 dated 19/04/13 U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Narender Lal S/O Sh. Ram Saran VPO  Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/04/13 at about 10 AM he was present in his shop, in the mean time Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Bali Ram came in his shop and beat him up and also threatened to him. ASI Brij Lal I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 90/13 dated 19/04/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prakash chand S/O Sh. Shukru Ram R/O Vill. Roda PO Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/04/13 he along with his wife Chinta Devi and mother-in-law were going to home and when they reached nearby his home, Hem Raj obstructed his way and Nek Ram beat him up. HC Shanta Kumar I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 87/13 dated 18/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep S/O Sh. Kali Dass R/O Sihli PO Harabag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as helper with JCB (HP67-2103) and on 18/04/13 he was coming along with above JCB from Dodwan to Sundernagar and when they reached near Dodwan, driver of said JCB lost control over it and rolled down about 50 mtrs. downward and he along with driver Sunil Dutt and Akshay Kumar sustained injuries. SI (Prob.) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7. 99 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
