CASE OF HURT

1          Case FIR No.71/13 dated 25/04/13 U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kali Dass S/O Sh. Bansi Lal R/O Dehlu Har  Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 19/04/13  when he was coming back to his house from their neighbor's house , at the same time  his younger brother Duni Chand S/O Sh. Bansi Lal resident of same locality came there and beat him  and he sustained injuries. ASI Suresh Chand  I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ARSON

2          Case FIR No. 100/13dated 25/04/13 U/S 436 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand  S/O Sh. Khushal R/O Chaunan P.O. Sehali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that some unknown culprits  burnt his Three wheeler which was parked by him in cowshed .(Prob). SI Kulwant  Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          Case FIR  No.96/13 dated 25/04/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Chander Mani  S/O Sh. Prem Sukh R/O Bhour P.O. Kanaid  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that  he is the student of  Sirda Engineering Collage  at Noulakha. On 25/04/13 at about 6PM when he was going to home along with his friends, in mean time Monu & Lucky came there along with two other persons  and obstructed their way and also beat them. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No.97/13 dated 25/04/13 U/S 341, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Gajan Ram S/O Sh.Menku Ram R/O Dehwin P.O. Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 24/04/13  Arun Kumar  S/O Sh. Shyam lal and Smt.Sunita W/O Sh. Shyam Lal  resident of same locality obstructed  his way and threatened with dire consequence. ASI Ram Sawroop I/C of P.P. Dehar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

5          Case FIR No. 98/13 dated 26/04/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by (Prob) SI  HansRaj that on 25/04/13   that 25/04/13 at about 9:20 PM he laid a Nakka at NH-21 Pungh along with other police officials  then during the course of checking of  HRTC Bus No.( HP42-1225) and he recovered 1450 gram cannabis(charas) from a bag found in the rack of  above said bus . (Prob) SI Hans Raj I/O of P.S. sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6          79  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 13,400-/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   3 challan  were issued under COPTA  & fine of  Rs. 300 -/- was recovered  and 3 challan were issued under Mining Act   during last 24 hours.
