CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY
1 Case FIR No. 70/13 dated 04/04/13 U/S 342 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bhuwneshwari Kapoor that on 04/04/13 when she was present in the office of of Himalyan Institute Nerchowk, in mean time Menakshi locked the main gate of the Institute. ASI Jagdish Chand I/O of the P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 85/13 dated 4/04/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Late Sh.Tiwari Ram R/O House No. 231/4 Suhada Muhalla that on 4/04/13 when he was going to school bazaar along with his nephew, in mean time Motor Cycle No.(HP33C-4184) came very rashly and hit his nephew and he sustained injury. HC Inder Singh I/O of P.P. City is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
3 Case FIR NO. 86/13 dated 5/04/13 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Yash Pal Malhotra R/O House No. 364/13 Sauali Khad Mandi that on the intervening night of 04-05/13 some unknown culprits stole away golden jewellary and Rs.25000-/- from his house. Total value of the stolen property is Rs. 45000-/- . ASI Bidhi Chand I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

4 49 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5700-/-was recovered during last 24 hours.
