 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No.113/13 dated 15/05/13  U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  (Prob.) SI Surinder Kumar  that  on 15/05/13  at about 8:40PM  when he  was on patrolling along with other police  officials at place Halel  then during the course of patrolling he recovered  750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of  Kundan Lal S/O Sh.  Govind  Ram R/O Halel P.O. Kanaid  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) from his tea stall. (Prob.) SI Surinder Kumar I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

2          Case FIR No.121/13 dated 15/05/13 U/S  457, 380 IPC  has  been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of  Sh. Nand Lal presently Head teacher  Govt. Primary School Pulgharat that  during the intervening night of 14-15/05/13  some unknown culprits stole away the  Gas cylinder along with  accessory  and cooker by breaking the lock of the door. HC Rajmal No. 856 I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          Case FIR No. 122/13 dated 15/05/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sadar on the  complaint of Sh. Gulshan Kumar  S/O Sh.  Madan Mohan R/O House No.250/06 Lower Samkheter Mandi that  when he was going to his home , in mean time  Goldy came along with his friends and obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No.39/13 dated 15/05/13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar  on the complaint of Sh.  Dara Singh S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Kujhardhar P.O. Balh Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 14/05/13   he  went to attend a function along with his family at Jorlan and at about 10:30 PM when he was coming back to the home  , in mean time  Santosh Kumar  S/O Sh. Amar  Singh R/O Jorla P.O. Katoulla Tehsil  Sadar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) obstructed his way and  beat him up . HC Prem Singh No. 75 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, HURT AND INTIMIDATION 

 5         Case FIR No. 127/13 dated 16/05/13 U/S 498(A), 323, 504, 34 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Smt. Sheetla Devi W/O Sh. Rakesh Kumar  R/O Patti P.O. Rissa Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  she was married with  Rakesh Kumar  during the year 2010. But after some time  her marriage  her  Husband Rakesh Kumar ,  father-in-law Chaman Lal  and mother-in-law Shivi Devi  started to harass her  physically and mentally and also demanded for dowry. On 15/05/13  her  Husband  again beat her  and she sustained injuries .  ASI Naresh kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6         136 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 31,900 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and  4 challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 400 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
