CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 59/13 dated 28/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 184 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Het Ram S/O Sh. Jiwan Singh R/O VPO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/05/13 at about 10.30 PM he along with his friends were coming after witnessing the cultural program at Kuthah and when they reached at Majhakhal, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP58A-0646) came from Kuthah side very rashly and negligently and hit him. ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 44/13 dated 28/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh S/O Sh. Megh Singh R/O Vill. Choura PO Kufri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/05/13 he was coming from Z.H. Mandi along with Labh Singh, Chinta Devi and Padma Devi by his van (HP76-1044) and when they reached at Mehar a jeep (HP19B-1732) came from Drang side towards Mandi and hit his van and driver of his van sustained injuries. HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 140/13 dated 28/05/13 U/S 279,337,338 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Jeewan Singh R/O Vill. Upper Bhambla PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/05/13 a truck (HP31-2687) fell down from the road at Upper Bhambla and truck driver Hoshiar Singh R/O Kalkhar sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 79/13 dated 27/05/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Sharwan Kumar I.O. of Highway Beat No. 7 that at Dhelu near Niharu Nullah a car fell down from the road and   two persons died on the spot and one person sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OBSTRUCTING WAY, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 132/13 dated 27/05/13 U/S 341,427,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Yesh Pal M/S Deeaar & Sons Pulgharat Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sachin S/O Sh. Rajender, Raj Kumar and Sohan Lal created obstruction in front of his shop and threatened to him. SI Chet Singh Incharge of P.P. City is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT WITH RESPECT TO FIRE

6. Case FIR No. 133/13 dated 28/05/13 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Devindra Kumari, Deputy Ranger Forest Beat Janitridhar that some culprits brunt the forest near Laghdhar. HC Durga Dass No. 408 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

7.      72 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,00/- was recovered under M.V. Act   during last 24 hours.
