CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1. Case FIR No. 118/13 dated 11/05/13 U/S 364 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Brij Lal S/O Sh. Kundan Lal R/O House No. 82/12 Upper Mangwain that his son Shivam has been kidnapped by some unknown culprits. SI Chet Singh I/C P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

2. Case FIR No. 116/13 dated 10/05/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Tej Singh S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Sain Ropru PO Surari Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/05/13 Hem Singh and Spana Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Durga Dass I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING AND HURT

3. Case FIR No. 109/13 dated 11/05/13 U/S 147,149,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sumit Thakur S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Neri PO Khagal Tehsil & Distt. Hamirpur (HP) that he is student of B. Tech. (Textile) of J.N. Engineering College Sundernagar and on 10/05/13 at about 10.15 PM some students namely Duni Chand S/O Sh. Gulab Sinbgh R/O Chajwali Miraj, Kamal Chandel, Ashish, Ankush Katwal, Rahul Pathak and Praveen etc. beat him up. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

4. Case FIR No. 110/13 dated 11/05/13 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Pawan Kuar No. 919 Incharge PO Cell Sundernagar that Angal Ram S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Dadoh PO Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) arrested by him who was wanted U/S 138 of NIC Act and he was declared proclaimed offender by the Ld. Court of JMIC-II Sundernagar on 18/09/1. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5.     140 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
