CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, INTIMIDATION  

1. Case FIR No. 45/13 dated 03/05/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Smt. Promila Devi W/O Sh. Bhavneshwar R/O Vill. Jhamot PO & Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/05/12 Khem Singh S/O Sh. Mahender Pal R/O Vill. Nilampur PO & Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi beat her up and threatened   her with dire consequences. ASI Jeet Singh Incharge P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY & FALSE INFORMATION OF ACCOUNT

2. Case FIR No. 92/13 dated 03/03/13 U/S 418,419,420,465,568,471,477A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Late Sh. Jindu Ram R/O Vill. Ner DHangu PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that and officer/cashier of PNB Nerchowk withdraw cash of worth Rs. 40,000/- from his account No. 0911000100119979 by impressing forged thumb impression.     SI (Prob.) Manish Sharma I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3.      59 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
