CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 120/13  dated 12/05/13 U/S 279/337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Anand Pathania S/O Sh. Bakshi Ram Pathania R/O Gehra PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/05/13 a tipper (HP65-2574) which was driven by Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Jeevan Lal hit his car (HP28-1629) near seven miles. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of Highway traffic is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2. Case FIR No. 61/13 dated 13/05/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Sadh Ram R/O Vill. Chaveri PO Sarahan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was going to his home, on the way Devi Singh S/O Sh. Madan R/O Vill. Chaveri obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 104/13 dated 13/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Balam Ram R/O VPO Meramasit District Mandi (HP) that on 13/05/13 he was going to Meramasit by his M/Cycle (HP33B-3367) and when he reached near Soyara bridge a jeep (PB10X-3633) hit his bike and he sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh is investigating the case.
