CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
1. Case FIR No. 118/13 dated 30/05/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhadar Singh @ Ramu S/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Dhangu PO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/05/13 at about 11.45 PM Chinta, tulsi and Sanjeev Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 119/13 dated 30/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Amit Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Dinak PO Kanaid Teshil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/05/13 he was going to Gutkar for servicing of his an A/F M/Cycle and when he reached at Lunapani, a three wheeler (HP65-3655) came from Mandi side very rashly and hit his M/Cycle and they sustained injuries. ASI Shamher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 143/13 dated 29/05/13 U/S 323,324,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bishan Dass S/O Sh.Chamaru RamR/O Vill. Baira PO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/05/13 Soma Devi beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4. 133 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
