CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 114/13 dated 17/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Phinnu Ram R/O Banaun PO Dasehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/05/13 he was going by his M/Cycle (HP31-7577) along with Rinku and when they reached at Harabag, in the mean time a truck (HP17B-5677) came from Slapper side very rashly, hit his M/Cycle and he along with Rinku sustained injuries. ASI Khalil Ahmed inharge Highway Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF DACOITY
2. Case FIR No. 39/13 dated 16/05/13 U/S 395 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Mohar Singh R/O Gunamar PO Khun Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 13/05/13 he was coming from Anni to Rohanda along with Yama Nand, Jia Singh and Sunil Kumar and when they reache near Rohanda5-6 persons came from Badhu Chowk side and snatched his vehicle along with papers, mobile phone and cash of worth Rs. 20,000/-. SI Binny Minhans is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY
3. Case FIR No. 128/13 dated 16/05/13 U/S 341 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Birbal Singh S/O Sh. Gurdita Ram VPO Ghurkhari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that there is a leading common path from Plasi to Gurkhari which was obstructed by Roop Lal R/O Gurkhari by constructing a wall. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 118 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 25000 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
