CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT  AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1        Case FIR No.118/13 dated 25/05/13 U/S 279,337 & 187  of M.V. Act has  been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar  S/O Late Sh.  Sant Ram R/O Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi that he is  working as driver of Auto Riksha. On  25/05/13  at about 2:55 PM when he was present at Bus Stand Sundernagar , in mean time  a Car No. (UP-16AN-2841)  which was driven by Sanjay Rajput S/O Sh. Raghubir Singh R/O Noyada came rashly from Bilaspur side  and hit  the Moter cycle No. (HP31A-2933) and rider of the Moter Cycle  namely  Prem Singh S/O Sh. Sarjan Singh R/O Sai P.O.Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi.  sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I/O of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND HURT

2       Case FIR No.138/13 dated 25/05/13  U/S  353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of Sh. Piyar Singh S/O Sh.  Baldev Singh R/O Patta P.O. Naswal Tehsil Ghumarwin  Distt. Bilaspur (H.P.)  at present  driver HRTC Depot Sarkaghat  that on 25/0513 at about 8:30PM  when he was on duty at Bus Stand Sarkaghat , in mean time  Mahipal Chauhan S/O Sh.  Pratap Chand  R/O Ward No. 5 Ropa Colony Sarkaghat came there  and  beat him up. HC Prakash Chand  No. 916 I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat   is investigating the case.
 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , RIOTING AND HURT

3        Case FIR No. 42/13 dated 26/05/13 U/S  447, 147, 149, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the  complaint of Sh. Sover Singh S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Treyala P.O. Balh at  present  Katipari Tehsil Padhar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 26/05/13 at about 7:45 AM when he was working in his  agriculture land (field ), in mean time  Kaushlya Devi came there along with  her two daughters and son, Vinod  Kumar  and entered in his agriculture land and beat him up .  HC  Chaman Lal No. 867 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING   WAY , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION 

4        Case FIR No. 43/13 dated 26/05/13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of  Smt. Kaushlya Devi W/O Late Sh. Nag Dev R/O Katipari P.O.  and Tehsil Padhar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 26/05/13 at about 7:45AM when she was present in her home,  then her son Vinod  came there and  told  that  Sover Dutt   occupied  her field   and working in her  agriculture land .On this  complainant went along  with her two daughters and son ,Vinod Kumar  , in mean time  Sover Dutt obstructed   their  way and beat her up.  HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5        93 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 18,700 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   1 challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 100 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
