CASE OF HURT
1. Case FIR No. 107/13 dated 19/05/13 U/S 324,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Heema Ram S/O Sh. Achharu Ram VPO Leda Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/05/13 his wife attacked upon him with a stick (danda) and he sustained injuries. ASI Sushil Kumar Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
2. Case FIR No. 124/13 dated 19/05/13 U/S 365 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Bhim Singh S/O Sh. Dharmu Ram R/O Vill. Drubla PO Kot Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits kidnapped his son from his native place. SI Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 123/13 dated 18/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Kartar Singh S/O Sh. Hukam Chand R/O VPO Kotmorse Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/05/13 he was going by his M/Cycle (HP33B-3416) along with his cousin Parma Nand towards Pandoh and when they reached nearby Gharahan, in the mean time a truck (HP09-0723) came from back side very rashly and hit his M/Cycle and they both sustained injuries. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of Highway Traffic is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 23,800 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
