CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 91/13 dated 03/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Devi Singh S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Vill. Sadehra PO Sidhyani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/05/13 at about 11 PM he saw an auto (HP66-1548) fell down about 50 feet downward from the road due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said auto. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 32/13 dated 03/05/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 32,33,41,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Rattan Chand S/O Late Sh. Shiv Dass R/O Vill. Bhordhar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Forest Guard of Jhatingri forest beat that today at about 4 AM he was on patrolling along with Shyam Singh Forest worker and during the course of patrolling he recovered 8 logs of deodar from the possession of Devi Lal S/O Sh. Chunu Ram, Devi Singh S/O Sh. Beli Ram, Daulat Ram S/O Beli Ram all resident of village Dhar Kashyan PO Jhatingri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP), Papu Ram S/O Sh. Ram Chand R/O Vill. Futakhal Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi & Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O Vill. Markhan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI  Sanjeev Kumar, SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

3.      Case FIR No. 35/13 dated 03/05/13 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Khem Chand No. 21 I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 02/05/13 he arrested to Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O H. No. 217 Shivpuri A Kashipuri Road Ymunanagar Haryana who was wanted in case FIR No. 59/13 dated 06/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and he was declared PO by the Ld. Court of JMIC-2 Mandi on 21/10/2011. HC Khem Chand No. 21 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 36/13 dated 03/05/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 32,33,41,42 of Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Hari Singh I/C Forest Ban Tahan Devkhan that on 02/05/13 at about 10.15 PM he was on patrolling along with other officials in forest areas of Chunilal and during the course of patrolling he found that 3-4 persons were carrying sleepers of deodar and when they saw forest team sped away from the spot and they succeeded to nab one person namely Chet Ram S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Dhar PO Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) and also recovered 21 logs of cedar (deodar) of different sizes from the spot. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 118/13 dated 02/05/13 U/S 147, 149,447, 427,323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Narotam Ram S/O Sh. Narsingh Ram R/O Vill. Gahari PO Patrighat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/05/13 at about 12.30 AM Kaushlya Devi, Giri Raj, Leela Devi, Dolma Devi, Janku Ram and Roshan Lal entered in his land and took away his stones from there. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

6.      32 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 2500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
