CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 130/13 dated 21/05/13 U/S 147,149,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Mansha Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Radu Bahali PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 21/05/13 Prem Singh S/O Sh. Roshan Lal, Sheela Devi, Ramesh Kumar, Pancho Devi and Ramesh Kumar beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 41/13 dated 20/05/13 U/S 452,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Brij Lal, Proincipal Govt. Sr. Sec. School Ganihar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/05/13 at about 1.55 PM Tek Singh S/O Sh. Kishan R/O Dhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi entered in class room and he beat up one student of 10+2 class. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

3.    86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,100 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
